All U.S. orders will be sent via UPS, FedEx or the most economical service available.

Expect your package within 7-10 business days depending upon your geographic location.

Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.
 

International Orders

Shipping costs range depending on your location. Orders typically arrive within 4-15 business days.

*Please note, Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.
 

DOT restrictions on air shipping

Restricted items include: Aerosol-type products, pressurized spray cans, such as: hairspray and shaving cream.

In compliance with DOT rules restricted items require ground-only delivery.

FragranceNet.com does not ship DOT-restricted items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO/DPO or International addresses.
 

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on MERCHANDISE from the FRAGRANCE STORE

Hassle-Free Returns

In order to return merchandise, you must obtain an RMA number from our customer service department.

You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items) in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

Shipping cost is non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

                                                                             

REFUNDS or EXCHANGES on Merchandise from the Online Store

14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, and unused with tags still attached within 14 days from when the item was received. We will also provide a return/refund policy for any damaged or defective items as long as any claims are placed within the agreed upon 5 days of the item being received.
